About The Position

The position involves running programs to obtain information from client and payer systems, troubleshooting program errors, and conceptualizing new programs to improve operational efficiency. The candidate will be responsible for translating programming ideas into clear instructions for developers and preparing data-based reports for clients.

Requirements

• Either a BA in an IT-related field (e.g. computer science) OR relevant work experience
• GPA of 3.0 or higher
• Highly attentive to detail
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Project management skills
• Creative problem-solver
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Access, and Excel (must know Pivot Tables)
• Highly adept at using technology and learning new technologies

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of a programming language (e.g. Java, Python)
