About the position

DNI is seeking to hire an IT Analyst to provide essential support for the Federal Aviation Administration's Office of Information and Technology Services (AIT). This role focuses on delivering IT services across various domains, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and business objectives while managing complex projects and initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provides information technology services in facilities planning, operations and support.
• Conducts storage systems analysis, design/test, and administration.
• Performs server system analysis, design/test, and administration.
• Engages in database analysis, design/test, and administration.
• Handles website analysis, design/test, and administration.
• Manages web application analysis, design/test, and administration.
• Conducts LAN analysis, design/test, and administration.
• Plans, operates, and administers user support services.
• Leads analysis activities for large and complex projects and strategic initiatives.
• Documents requirements, alternatives, recommendations, specifications, configuration changes, test scenarios, and test results.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, business systems, management information systems, IT Management, or other IT degree, engineering, math, and/or science.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Formal certification in the area of expertise is desirable.
• Extensive knowledge of business issues and processes as well as IT resources and enabling technologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Relevant FAA experience is strongly preferred.
