About the position

SystemOne is seeking a skilled IT Analyst with significant experience in nCino (Salesforce Banking) to join our team. This remote role offers a contract-to-hire opportunity, ideal for individuals passionate about leveraging Salesforce Admin skills in a dynamic, agile environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead or participate in user story mapping sessions to help product owners break down potential features.
  • Detail user stories to capture important snapshots of conversations and prepare them for team refinement sessions.
  • Ensure Salesforce Admins, Developers, and Quality Engineers have a shared understanding of business needs.
  • Deliver low-code/no-code solutions using Salesforce Admin skills.
  • Collaborate directly with developers to confirm assumptions and test code, providing fast feedback.
  • Stay updated on Salesforce and nCino releases, features, and best practices.
  • Apply lean and agile principles to continuously improve our understanding, products, and team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or 3-5 years of directly related experience in Technical Analysis, Data Analytics, Sales, or Bank Operations, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in roles such as IT Business Analyst, Technical Support, or System Administration in a user-facing software package.
  • 2+ years of experience conducting fit-gap analysis between a software package and business requirements.
  • 3+ years of experience facilitating user story mapping sessions with product owners and other subject matter experts to identify Minimum Viable Product (MVP) and break down larger units of work into smaller, prioritized product backlog items.
  • Enjoy working in teams and across departments to achieve business objectives while building strong relationships to become a trusted advisor and create raving fans.
  • Willingness to flex to help the team achieve sprint goals. Self-motivated and proactive attitude with a passion for learning and staying updated with emerging technologies and best practices.

Nice-to-haves

  • Salesforce Admin certification.
  • Knowledge of ITIL / IT Service Management best practices.
  • Familiarity with lean and agile methodologies.
