The position involves processing EDI file transfers and generating reports related to data loads, payments posted, errors reconciliation, and other issues. The role requires collaboration with the client’s IT personnel to coordinate testing and support for connectivity to our systems. Additionally, the candidate will work with IT to ensure quality assurance of processes and will assist the service desk with PC support and manager requests. The position also involves working in CUBS to test processes and loads.
