About the position

The IT and Telephony Sales Executive role is focused on driving sales growth by acquiring new clients and upselling to existing customers. The position requires a proactive approach to sales, including prospecting and presenting company products and services, while maintaining a strong client retention rate.

Responsibilities

  • Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
  • Prospect and contact potential customers (leads provided)
  • Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline (very attainable quota)
  • Perform discovery tasks needed to formulate proposals
  • Document sales funnel and sales lifecycle in company CRM
  • Formulate sales proposals to present to prospects
  • Submit paperwork for on-boarding new products and services

Requirements

  • Previous experience in B2B sales in telephony, IT, AV or other fields related to IT and Telephony
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications
