As an IT Application Developer, you will play a crucial role in both supporting and transforming our existing IT application landscape specifically for the Customer & Employee Domain. Your primary responsibilities will include the upkeep and development of existing IT tools, utilizing technologies such as .NET, SQL, SSIS, and MicroStrategy. In addition to maintaining current systems, you will also contribute to the development of future application ecosystems, leveraging Microsoft Power Platform, cloud-native applications, and various third-party vendor solutions. This position requires collaboration with internal stakeholders to create and support business applications, and you will serve as the technical subject matter expert in this domain. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve providing comprehensive operational support for existing tools and systems, ensuring their maintenance and functionality. You will collaborate with business owners and cross-functional teams to analyze, document, and resolve complex application issues, translating business requirements into effective technical solutions. Furthermore, you will contribute to the development of our future target solutions by working closely with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical requirements and selecting the appropriate technologies to meet those needs. In this role, you will lead the development and implementation of new applications, with the capability to develop applications yourself or lead a team of developers, whether internal or external, in an international context. A critical aspect of your role will be ensuring that current and future systems align with Cybersecurity requirements, thereby maintaining the integrity and security of our IT applications.
