About the position

The IT Application Specialist for Business Intelligence & CRM at Kedrion Biopharma Inc. is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining local Business Intelligence and CRM solutions. This role aligns with global frameworks and standards, supporting various business functions to drive efficiency and maximize revenue generation. The position also involves implementing the Corporate IT Strategy for these solutions and is based in the Fort Lee, NJ corporate office with a hybrid work schedule.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and create functional and technical specifications.
• Design, develop, and maintain data models and toolsets to support reporting and analytics.
• Develop policies and procedures for the collection and analysis of data to ensure accuracy and integrity from source to destination.
• Coordinate with Corporate DWH and Business Intelligence Team to guarantee integration, data consistency, and standardization.
• Document implemented solutions.
• Coordinate with IT Infrastructure team to request proper connectivity and hardware resources to guarantee adequate performance of implemented solutions.
• Interact with external partners to implement necessary data exchanges.
• Coordinate local projects within the area of responsibility.
• Coordinate the activity of vendors and external consultants.
• Perform other job-related responsibilities as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field required.
• Minimum four years' experience in a business intelligence, data mining, and data architecture role, preferably in a life sciences or other regulated environment.
• Experience in CRM is a plus.
• Experience in Machine Learning and AI is a plus.
• Experience with Python is a plus.
• Knowledge of SAP Business Suite is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft SQL Server, ETL tools, and best practices.
• Proficient in SQL Query language.
• Experience with relational databases and data analysis.
• Experience with Power BI and Power App.
