About the position

The IT Applications Project Manager will lead, coordinate, and support a housing software transition project, focusing on housing management systems. This role requires strong project management skills, data analysis capabilities, and experience with specific software tools such as Yardi Voyager and Tenmast WinTen2+. The position is full-time and contract-based, with a day shift schedule from Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the housing software transition project.
• Support project management activities and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Conduct data analysis and manage data migration strategies.
• Prepare and submit HUD PIC reports as required.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management, specifically in housing management systems.
• Strong proficiency in Yardi Voyager and Tenmast WinTen2+.
• Demonstrated expertise in data analysis and data migration strategies.
• Excellent communication skills.

• Experience with Scrum methodology (1 year preferred).
• Experience in software testing (4 years required).
• Experience in Quality Assurance (QA) (4 years required).
• Experience with SQL (2 years required).
