About The Position
The IT Asset Analyst is responsible for the physical handling, installation, and tracking of IT hardware and software assets. This role involves working within the ServiceNow platform to document assets, manage requests, and ensure optimal operation of equipment and licensing while maintaining fiscal responsibility. The analyst will collaborate with team members to develop and standardize the Asset Management Program, ensuring compliance and effective management of the company's IT assets, including software and hardware tracking, compliance, maintenance, and lifecycle planning.
