About the position
The IT Asset Analyst is responsible for the physical handling, installation, and tracking of IT hardware and software assets. This role involves working within the ServiceNow platform to document assets, manage requests, and ensure optimal operation of equipment and licensing while maintaining fiscal responsibility. The analyst will collaborate with team members to develop and standardize the Asset Management Program, ensuring compliance and effective management of the company's IT assets, including software and hardware tracking, compliance, maintenance, and lifecycle planning.
Responsibilities
- Handle the physical installation and tracking of IT hardware and software assets.
- Document assets and manage requests using the ServiceNow platform.
- Ensure optimal operation of equipment and licensing with fiscal responsibility.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and standardize the Asset Management Program.
- Manage software and hardware asset tracking, compliance, maintenance, and lifecycle planning.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Inventory/Asset Management.
- Experience managing and configuring in Windows-based environments.
- Experience with the ServiceNow Service Deployment Platform.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with Network Systems and Terminologies.
- CAD or 3D modeling/Printing experience.
