About the position

The Sr. Desktop Support / IT Asset Management position is focused on providing technical support and managing IT assets within an enterprise environment. The role involves imaging computers, deploying equipment, and providing end-user support, ensuring that all IT assets are functional and efficiently managed. This position is ideal for individuals with a blend of IT support and asset management experience, particularly in a fast-paced, onsite setting.

Responsibilities

  • Image computers using PXE boot with SCCM imaging.
  • Ship equipment such as laptops and monitors to new hires.
  • Validate the functionality of computers for possible use.
  • Deploy onsite equipment for users.
  • Provide light desktop support to end users.
  • Replace printer toner as needed.
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues.
  • Provide end user support for various IT-related inquiries.

Requirements

  • Experience with PXE boot and SCCM for imaging.
  • IT Asset Management experience.
  • Desktop Support experience.
  • Experience with equipment refresh and data transfer.
  • Experience working in an enterprise environment.
  • Familiarity with Active Directory.
  • Experience with imaging computers.
  • Ability to troubleshoot equipment effectively.
  • Experience with video conferencing is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and good work ethic.
  • Punctuality and reliability.
