About the position

The IT Asset Management Support Analyst position is a short-term engagement focused on supporting end-of-year IT Asset Management, inventory, and auditing functions. The role is primarily responsible for data aggregation, data compilation, data entry, and validation of data accuracy within internal database systems. This position requires a keen attention to detail and a strong understanding of IT asset management processes to ensure that all data is accurately recorded and maintained. The analyst will work closely with other team members to ensure that all inventory and auditing tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will possess intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite products, with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel or similar spreadsheet applications. This role will involve significant data entry and validation tasks, requiring solid abilities in managing and manipulating data within database systems. The analyst will also be expected to contribute to business analytics by compiling and validating data, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date. This position is scheduled for Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with a start date of October 1, 2014, and an assignment end date of December 31, 2014. The hourly rate for this position ranges from $20.69 to $23.08, depending on experience and qualifications. Candidates should be prepared to sit for extended periods and perform tasks that require talking and keystrokes.
