Baker Tilly is seeking an IT Audit, Cybersecurity & Risk Senior Manager to join its rapidly growing Risk Advisory practice. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with client executives and management teams to understand their businesses and assist in identifying and managing financial and operational risks within their business systems. The role is designed for individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional client service in the area of informational technology risk advisory. As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for developing in-depth knowledge of clients' businesses and industries through direct interaction, while working on multiple aspects of engagements. You will think independently and strategically about clients' business systems and risks, providing recommendations for business and process improvements based on your insights into their operations and objectives. In this role, you will provide strategic business advice to clients by assisting in the implementation of new processes and controls that address key risks. You will assess, manage, and optimize information technology risk across various areas, including cybersecurity, IT strategy and governance, regulatory compliance, and business continuity. Your responsibilities will also include reviewing clients' processes and controls against industry frameworks, identifying gaps, and communicating issues and recommendations effectively. You will oversee the development of audit programs and the execution of internal audits and IT control assessments, ensuring that all work is documented in accordance with industry-accepted methodologies. As a valued business advisor, you will build relationships with clients and lead professional presentations to both internal and external audiences. You will continue to develop your knowledge and experience with various technology environments and manage client engagement staffing, billings, and collections to meet profitability targets.
