About the position

The IT Audit Manager at Pivotal Solutions, Inc. is responsible for providing IT audit expertise across the US and Europe. This role involves managing the IT SOX Testing Program, ensuring compliance with IT General Controls, and collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance the control framework and audit processes. The position requires a strong background in IT audit, risk assessment, and compliance, along with the ability to lead initiatives that improve internal controls and business practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute the IT SOX Testing Program, including IT General Controls (ITGC), IT Automated Controls (ITAC), and SDLC controls.
• Coordinate with Control Owners to ensure effective SOC/SOX compliance, including gap analysis and remediation efforts.
• Lead internal controls oversight and conduct company-wide training on reported deficiencies.
• Align with auditors for streamlined testing and audit preparation.
• Provide consulting on key IT initiatives and propose process improvements aligned with industry standards.
• Perform walkthroughs and document processes to develop test procedures for controls identified during reviews.
• Participate in the annual audit plan and related risk assessments.
• Determine root causes for control issues and develop practical solutions and recommendations.

Requirements

• Professional certification is mandatory (CISA, CISSP, GIAC, CIA).
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive IT audit experience, preferably in public companies.
• Experience in Internal Control over Financial Reporting, SOX 404 framework, and SOC audits.
• Advanced knowledge of information security, risk assessment, and compliance frameworks.
• Experience with cloud operations, networks, and major ERP applications (SAP, Workday, Salesforce).
• Working knowledge of basic financial accounting, auditing, and financial reporting concepts.
• Ability to travel internationally on a periodic basis.
