About the position
The IT Business Analyst will join the Salesforce team to work with internal stakeholders in identifying and documenting business problems related to the Salesforce platform. This role is crucial for gathering business, functional, and non-functional requirements, and will significantly contribute to the scrum team's ability to prioritize backlog and deliver effective solutions.
Responsibilities
- Engage with internal stakeholders to identify and document business problems related to the Salesforce platform.
- Lead efforts to gather business, functional, and non-functional requirements in the form of features and/or user stories.
- Play a critical role in the scrum team's ability to prioritize backlog and deliver solutions to the business.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting software development projects.
- 3+ years of experience gathering and writing requirements in the form of user stories for agile projects.
- Strong communication and analytical skills to articulate technical needs and solve business problems.
