About the position

The IT Business Analyst and Compliance Administrator at Eckert & Ziegler Isotope Products, Inc. is responsible for analyzing business needs, developing specifications, and managing IT projects to completion. This role also involves administering security and privacy compliance processes, testing systems, and providing subject matter expertise in cybersecurity compliance programs.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business needs and translate them into IT requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure IT solutions effectively meet business needs.
• Manage and deliver information technology projects.
• Plan, prepare, and execute tests of systems to evaluate results against specifications and requirements.
• Analyze and report test results.
• Administer the change control and risk management portions of the cybersecurity compliance program.
• Contribute to the improvement of the cybersecurity and privacy compliance programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information systems, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relative IT experience.
• Experience in business analysis and testing.
• Project management experience.
• Compliance administration experience.
• Familiarity with business process automation, Microsoft Power Platform, ERP Systems, and/or Document management systems.
