The IT Business Analyst at HAECO Americas plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between the Software Development team and the broader organization. The analyst will define project requirements, monitor progress, and develop detailed specifications for software enhancements or changes. Additionally, they will create test cases to ensure traceability to requirements and manage the scheduling of software releases and hardware deployments.
