The SAP Business Analyst I will participate in a cross-functional team environment as part of the DFA Shared Applications Team. This position is responsible for becoming knowledgeable in implementing, maintaining, and enhancing SAP business applications, with a primary focus on Quality Management (SAP QM). The candidate will interact with key business users to configure and enhance SAP business applications as needed to meet business requirements. This includes supporting project teams, providing input on system design, integration testing, user training, and post go-live support. Additionally, the candidate will provide day-to-day production support, coordinating with team members and external consultants. The candidate will adhere to approved DFA project management and governance standards. The role requires the ability to gather business requirements and transform them into SAP business application processes that can be implemented and supported. The candidate will coordinate or actively participate with Shared Applications team members or business users in the analysis, design, development, documentation, performance testing, and implementation of technical business solutions. Working closely with the business, the candidate will translate business requirements into functional specifications and will define, gather, and load the master data needed to support applications delivered.
