Responsibilities
- Participate in requirements-gathering sessions to analyze and document business processes.
- Develop specifications for technology initiatives and serve as a liaison between IT and business representatives.
- Collaborate on implementation planning for system changes and releases.
- Document system changes and maintain project information and documentation.
- Identify and resolve problems related to business processes and technology solutions.
Requirements
- Minimum of two years of experience in IT business analysis functions.
- Experience in managing business requirements and writing documentation.
- Ability to facilitate discussions on process discovery and requirements gathering with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong customer service skills, including active listening and problem-solving.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field, or an associate's degree with relevant experience.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience working within Agile project methodologies.
- Experience with grants management processes.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM and other SaaS solutions.
- Experience writing and conducting tests for requirements and system specifications.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Suite tools, SQL, Power BI, and Excel.
