About the position

The IT Business Analyst (BA) role focuses on Pricing and involves collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure smooth project delivery. The position requires a strong understanding of pricing concepts and systems, as well as excellent communication skills to effectively liaise between different teams.

Responsibilities

• Work with business on requirements, user stories, ER grooming and solutioning design
• Groom Epics and Requirements (ER) to refine and prioritize work items for clarity
• Propose solutions that effectively address business needs in collaboration with technical teams
• Create functional design documents (FDS)
• Collaborate with the development team to approve technical designs
• Work with QA to approve IT test scripts
• Support System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and MTP/hypercare releases

Requirements

• Strong understanding of pricing concepts and systems
• Excellent communication skills to liaise between business stakeholders and technical teams
• Knowledge of tools for creating user stories, functional design, and test management (e.g., Jira, Confluence, ALM)
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Experience as an IT Business Analyst with knowledge of Pricing
