About the position

Genesis10 is seeking an IT Business Analyst for a 12+ month contract position in the financial industry. The role involves managing risk for Technology Executives, applying expertise to support risk identification and mitigation, and collaborating with various teams to improve controls and reduce risk.

Responsibilities

• Lead management of risk for Technology Executives by partnering with leadership and their teams.
• Solve problems analytically by applying risk and technology expertise to perform impact risk assessments.
• Support completion of Risk ID updates and Risk and Control Self Assessments.
• Monitor the health of audit issues through their lifecycle, including action plan development and validation.
• Drive collaboration with teammates across organizations to identify opportunities to improve control and reduce risk.

Requirements

• Professional Domain experience in Audit, Compliance, or Business Controls.
• 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in Tableau.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
