Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Aviation, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; graduate degree in a related discipline is preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in a technology-driven role, with a proven ability to translate technical concepts into business language; certifications in Business Analysis (e.g. CBAP) or Project Management (e.g. PMP) are a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and drive actionable insights.
• Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite), with a strong emphasis on creating clear, professional, and engaging business documentation.
• Experience with business applications, IT infrastructure, and data analytics tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively across different levels of an organization and build relationships with stakeholders.
