About the position

At SuperCare Health, we are dedicated to improving the lives of individuals with chronic care diseases by providing innovative solutions tailored to our customers' needs. As an IT Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in our mission by designing, implementing, and maintaining data systems that are essential for our organization's data processing, storage, and analysis requirements. This position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with data architects, software engineers, and business analysts to ensure that our data infrastructure is robust, scalable, and efficient. Your expertise will be instrumental in optimizing data flows, ensuring data integrity, and performing data ETLs (Extract, Transform, Load) to enable data-driven decision-making across the organization. In this role, you will be expected to allocate your time across various functions, including 30% on project data transfer, storage, or integration, 30% on proprietary RPA (Remote Process Automation) related to input, 20% on scripting/ETL development, 20% on support functions, and 10% on database administration. While these allocations may vary, your primary focus will be on gathering requirements, designing, developing, maintaining, and supporting software related to data. You will also create documentation necessary to support further development and use of the applications, implement new software or upgrade existing applications that store, migrate, and transform data, and maintain Remote Process Automation scripts. Routine data maintenance will also be part of your responsibilities, along with adhering to all company policies. SuperCare Health is a comprehensive post-acute care respiratory services company that focuses on managing high-risk respiratory patients in their homes.
