About the position

The IT Business Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting the digital and IT strategic vision of a well-known Aerospace company. This position involves collaboration with various stakeholders to plan, implement, and support IT business applications, ensuring alignment with business needs and processes.

Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert for Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and other business systems.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
• Analyze existing processes and identify areas for improvement in technology and/or processes.
• Configure, test, train, and support business-related information technology requirements and systems.
• Utilize solid knowledge of business and ERP processes in a complex manufacturing environment.

Requirements

• Experience with SAP ERP or Infor Visual ERP.
• Solid knowledge of business and ERP processes in a complex manufacturing environment.
• Experience in handling business processes for manufacturing, finance, and supply chain.
• Proficient in IT life-cycle management methodologies, including design, development, testing, project management, and change management.

Benefits
