About the position

The IT Business Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting the digital and IT strategic vision of a well-known Aerospace company. This position involves collaborating with various stakeholders to plan, implement, and support IT business applications, particularly focusing on ERP systems. The analyst will act as a subject matter expert, ensuring that business requirements are effectively gathered and translated into technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert for Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and other business systems.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
• Analyze existing processes and identify areas for improvement in technology and/or processes.
• Configure, test, train, and support business-related information technology requirements and systems.
• Utilize solid knowledge of business and ERP processes in a complex manufacturing environment.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in IT, specifically in Manufacturing and SAP ERP systems.
• Proficient in IT life-cycle management methodologies, including design, development, testing, project management, and change management.
• Prior experience with SAP or Infor Visual ERP.
