About the position

The IT Business Analyst role at Genesis10 involves managing risk for Technology Executives in the financial industry. The position requires analytical problem-solving skills to conduct impact risk assessments and support technology control activities. The analyst will collaborate with various teams to enhance control measures and reduce risks, while also monitoring audit issues and reporting on risk management activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead management of risk for Technology Executives by partnering with leadership and their teams.
• Solve problems analytically by applying risk and technology expertise to perform impact risk assessments.
• Support completion of Risk ID updates and Risk and Control Self Assessments.
• Monitor the health of audit issues through their lifecycle, including action plan development and validation.
• Drive collaboration with teammates across organizations to improve control and reduce risk.

Requirements

• Professional Domain experience in Audit, Compliance, or Business Controls.
• 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in Tableau.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
