About the position

The Epicor Application Analyst at Duravant is responsible for the comprehensive management of the Epicor ERP system, ensuring its configuration, maintenance, and optimization to support the company's manufacturing operations. This role involves collaboration with various departments to troubleshoot technical issues, implement system enhancements, and drive operational efficiency through effective use of the ERP system.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end administration of the Epicor ERP system, including installation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance.
• Manage the integration of Epicor ERP with other internal systems and external applications to streamline operations.
• Provide expert technical support to users, troubleshoot system issues, and manage user access and security protocols.
• Develop and conduct training sessions for users to ensure proficiency with the ERP system.
• Lead the customization and development of Epicor ERP to meet specific business requirements, including custom reports and workflows.
• Manage data integrity and consistency within the ERP system, including data migration and regular backup operations.
• Plan and execute system upgrades, patches, and enhancements with minimal disruption to operations.
• Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations and prepare regular reports on system performance.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience with Epicor ERP systems, including knowledge of Epicor Kinetic and Epicor 10.
• Epicor ERP certification or other relevant industry certifications preferred.
• Advanced skills in SQL for database querying and reporting.
• Experience with Epicor's reporting tools, such as BAQs, SSRS, PowerBi, and Rest API.
• Expertise in server and database management, particularly with SQL Server and IIS.
• Demonstrated ability to customize and develop Epicor ERP using Epicor Service Connect and Epicor Application Studio.
• Proven experience with integrating Epicor ERP with other systems and third-party applications.
• Strong troubleshooting abilities and experience providing high-level technical support to end-users.
• Capable of managing projects related to system upgrades and process improvements.

Nice-to-haves

• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment with a solid understanding of manufacturing processes and terminology.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
