About the position

The IT Business Process Analyst at KBR plays a crucial role in the Government Asset Management (GAM) IT Center of Excellence team. This position focuses on developing digital tools, driving data integration initiatives, and collaborating with operational sites to enhance metrics, processes, and reporting. The analyst will ensure data accuracy, implement corrective actions, and evaluate market tools for continuous improvement in asset management and supply chain solutions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update Microsoft SharePoint lists, libraries, and pages; troubleshoot SharePoint Designer workflows.
• Coordinate and communicate with other Government Asset Management (GAM) teams.
• Contribute ideas and insights to Internal Governance, Subject Matter Expert (SME), and GAM teams.
• Document, develop, and deliver training materials on business systems processes and digital tools.
• Generate and analyze reports in SharePoint, Excel, SAP, and eQuip; prepare meaningful data aggregates.
• Provide solutions and process project requests using VBA, databases, SharePoint, and Excel.
• Create and maintain MS Access database dashboards and track performance metrics continuously.

Requirements

• Must be a US Citizen
• Bachelor's Degree or 2+ years of related experience in lieu of formal education.
• Experience using VBA, SAP, SharePoint, Excel, and MS Access Databases.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and eQuip.
