About the position

The IT Business Relationship Manager will manage and sustain relationships with key commercial business areas, specifically focusing on pricing, rebates, and product management. This role involves partnering with these areas to ensure technology effectively drives business outcomes, understanding end-to-end business processes, and collaborating with technical teams to deliver solutions. The position also includes overseeing integration projects and maintaining data integrity across various systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage and sustain relationships with key commercial business areas of pricing, rebates, and product management.
• Partner with business areas to ensure technology drives the right business outcomes.
• Understand end-to-end business processes and collaborate with technical teams to drive solutions.
• Lead pricing, rebate, and product management workstreams of larger enterprise projects including integrations.
• Conduct meetings with business leaders to create business requirements.
• Manage data associated with pricing and rebates processes, including data mapping and migration.
• Document changes in definitions or processes for historical references.
• Define project requirements by identifying milestones, phases, and establishing project budgets.
• Lead offshore PriceFx support team to ensure continuous improvement of the PriceFx system.
• Ensure compliance with SOX requirements and Solenis standard processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or comparable field.
• 5-7 years of experience in a similar role.
• Working knowledge and experience of rebates processes, tools, and Masterdata.
• Strong project management skills.
• Strong collaboration, consultative, and analytical skills.
• Excellent organization and business communication skills (oral and written).
• Proficient in Microsoft products, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with SAP Pricing, PriceFx, Vistex, or equivalent tools.
• Experience with Masterdata and data integrations.
