Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field required.
• 10+ years of related experience in IT and business solutions management.
• Advanced experience in leading IT for large, global businesses.
• Demonstrated track record of partnering with business stakeholders.
• Experience in project management, systems development, and change management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for varied audiences.

Nice-to-haves

• Master's degree or MBA is desirable.
• Experience in the manufacturing business is a plus.
