About the position

The IT Business Systems Analyst for SAP ERP & MES is responsible for managing the integration between Oracle Agile PLM and SAP S/4HANA ERP and SAP MES systems. This role focuses on ensuring seamless data flow and alignment between product lifecycle management, enterprise resource planning, and manufacturing execution processes. The analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate transfer of product data, supporting business operations, manufacturing, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain the integration between Agile PLM and SAP S/4HANA ERP and SAP MES.
• Oversee data synchronization and product lifecycle workflows between PLM, ERP, and MES systems.
• Configure Agile PLM to meet evolving business needs, including management of product data and change management processes.
• Use integration tools and middleware to automate and customize workflows for data exchange.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of product data transferred between Agile PLM, SAP ERP, and SAP MES.
• Support compliance with regulatory standards by managing product lifecycle data governance processes.
• Analyze and resolve integration issues, such as data transfer errors and system performance problems.
• Work with IT and functional teams to troubleshoot and address system failures or discrepancies.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Agile PLM, including configuration, customization, and administration.
• 3-5+ years of experience with SAP ERP (S/4HANA), focusing on integration with PLM systems and MES platforms.
• Proven experience in managing product data, engineering changes, BOM creation, and manufacturing processes through PLM-ERP-MES integrations.
• Strong background in data governance, system optimization, and troubleshooting integration issues.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in highly regulated industries such as medical devices, automotive, or manufacturing.
• Certifications in Agile PLM, SAP ERP, or SAP MES.
