The analyst will assist in program management and issue resolution to prevent service interruptions, manage changes to software and network configurations, and oversee user administration tasks such as setting up new users and maintaining security levels. Additionally, the role involves managing vital records, including data storage, backup, and recovery procedures, and collaborating with vendors to support additional software applications as needed.
