The role also involves developing and maintaining the Workforce Management Platform, which is essential for forecasting and scheduling, as well as managing call flows for the Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system. The Analyst will need to analyze real-time queues and adjust resources accordingly to meet service levels, ensuring that the department operates smoothly and effectively. The position is full-time, with a work schedule from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and is located in Lincoln, Omaha, or Fremont. The dress code is business casual, reflecting a professional yet comfortable work environment. The hiring wage for this position is $25.685 per hour, and it is classified as non-exempt, meaning that overtime pay may be applicable.
