Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications for development teams.
• Utilize Agile methodologies to manage project timelines and deliverables.
• Facilitate Scrum meetings and ensure adherence to Agile practices.
• Maintain project documentation using Confluence and Jira.
• Provide support and training to end-users on new systems and processes.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6+ years of experience in business systems analysis.
• Proficiency in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence/Atlassian tools.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office Tools.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
