• Participate in Problem Management activities, including root cause analysis for critical issues.
• Lead efforts in requirements gathering, business process mapping, and functional specifications.
• Manage a product backlog of support, enhancements, and project work.
• Confirm alignment of priorities with business partners.
• Develop quality deliverables such as requirements, fit/gap analysis, and testing strategies.

Requirements
