About the position
The Interventional Cardiology position in Findlay, OH offers an excellent opportunity to join a growing practice alongside experienced interventional and noninvasive cardiologists, nurse practitioners, and a full support team. This full-time, permanent role involves performing interventional procedures, managing outpatient care, and providing inpatient consults, with a focus on emergency cardiac care and various cardiac rehabilitation programs.
Responsibilities
- Perform interventional procedures and manage general outpatient care.
- Conduct inpatient consults for your patients during weekdays and cover all cardiology consults after hours if on call.
- Provide emergency room consults as needed.
- Collaborate with experienced support staff and medical subspecialties.
- Utilize newly updated Cath Lab facilities for procedures.
- Participate in various cardiac rehabilitation programs and testing procedures.
Requirements
- Board certification in Interventional Cardiology.
- Experience in performing interventional procedures and managing cardiac patients.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong communication and patient management skills.
Nice-to-haves
- Fellowship training in Interventional Cardiology.
- Experience with advanced cardiac imaging techniques.
