About the position

The IT Change Analyst will support the US Army Corps of Engineers Revolutionary IT Services (USACE RITS) program by facilitating and governing the change management process in accordance with ITIL best practices. This role focuses on delivering integrated IT services that align with the needs of a large customer base across various locations. The position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility in work location.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and govern the change management process according to ITIL best practices.
• Deliver change activities within the service management toolset (ServiceNow).
• Perform the end-to-end change lifecycle and identify process improvements.
• Provide day-to-day execution and tracking of change requests.
• Identify and allocate relevant change approvals.
• Conduct and verify post-implementation reviews and investigate issues from change implementation.
• Participate in internal and customer-facing user groups to improve future deliveries and business processes.
• Report changes to USACE stakeholders and other relevant parties.
• Produce Change Approval Board (CAB) and Change Schedule reports and minutes.
• Ensure all change-related activities comply with USACE program policies and procedures.
• Support continuous improvements to the change management process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and two (2) years of related experience; or a Master's degree with no experience; or four (4) additional years of experience in lieu of a degree.
• ITIL V4 Foundation certification (or equivalent) is desired.
• ITIL V3 Release, Control and Validation certification (or equivalent) is desired.
• IAT-II certification (e.g., Security+) is required.
• Must have a secret security clearance.
