About the position

The IT Change Manager for Cloud Technology will oversee and facilitate change management strategies within the IT division, focusing on cloud modernization initiatives. This role is crucial for ensuring that changes are effectively communicated and adopted across the organization, aligning with the IT strategic plan and vision. The consultant will assess the impact of changes, develop training and communication plans, and support project teams in applying change management frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Support change impact assessments across projects and teams.
• Develop communication and training plans to support upskilling for cloud and other technology.
• Advise and support IT and project teams in learning and applying change management frameworks.
• Understand the scope and vision of cloud modernization initiatives and identify impacted stakeholders.
• Manage and execute activities and plan recommendations for multiple concurrent IT projects and programs.
• Develop and implement communication, engagement, and adoption strategies for IT projects and programs.
• Collaborate with Cloud FinOps Analyst to align practices between IT and Finance organizations.
• Assist in creating and implementing a Change Management framework, methodology, and tools for the IT services organization.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in change management and/or transformation programs in regulated industries.
• Deep experience in applying change management methodologies and tools.
• Experience leading change for complex and large-scale business initiatives.
• Experience guiding culture and behavioral change.
• Experience with UX and business process design.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Certification in at least one change methodology (CCMP, Prosci, etc.) is highly preferred.
