About the position

The IT Change Manager-Cloud at Intone Networks is responsible for overseeing and managing changes within the cloud infrastructure. Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the change management process for cloud services.
• Coordinate with IT teams to assess the impact of proposed changes.
• Develop and maintain change management policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with change management standards and best practices.
• Facilitate change advisory board meetings to review and approve changes.
• Monitor and report on the status of changes and their outcomes.

Requirements

• Proven experience in IT change management, particularly in cloud environments.
• Strong understanding of change management frameworks and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to analyze and assess risks associated with changes.
• Experience with cloud technologies and services.
