About the position

The IT Change Manager Consultant will play a pivotal role in managing and facilitating change within the IT organization. This position focuses on developing and adopting change management frameworks and best practices, ensuring that the right talent is in place for upcoming changes on the IT roadmap. The consultant will assess the impact of changes due to new technologies, plan and execute change management strategies, and support various IT projects and programs to align with organizational objectives.

Responsibilities

• Support change impact assessments across projects and teams to identify efficiencies and resource needs.
• Develop communication and training plans to support upskilling for cloud and other technologies.
• Advise IT and project teams on applying change management frameworks and practices.
• Understand the scope of cloud modernization initiatives and assess impacts on stakeholders.
• Manage and execute activities for multiple concurrent IT projects, ensuring alignment with objectives and schedules.
• Assess the IT organization structure and identify evolving roles and responsibilities for cloud-native technology.
• Develop and implement communication and engagement strategies for IT projects.
• Collaborate with Cloud FinOps Analyst to align practices between IT and Finance organizations.
• Identify intersections across technology transformation projects and provide guidance on change management strategies.
• Create and implement a Change Management framework and tools for the IT services organization.

Requirements

• 10 years of experience in change management and/or transformation programs in regulated industries.
• Deep experience in applying change management methodologies and tools.
• Experience leading large-scale business change initiatives.
• Experience guiding culture and behavioral change.
• Experience with UX and business process design.
• Experience developing executive-level messaging and presentations.
• Certification in at least one change methodology (CCMP, Prosci, etc.) preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
