Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver executive-level messaging and presentations.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in change management and/or transformation programs in regulated industries such as energy, healthcare, or high-tech.
• Deep experience in applying change management methodologies and tools.
• Experience leading change for complex and large-scale business change initiatives.
• Experience guiding culture and behavioral change.
• Experience with UX and business process design.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate complex problems simply.
• Certification in at least one change methodology (CCMP, Prosci, etc.) is highly preferred.
