About the position

The IT Contracts Analyst position at TEKsystems is a remote role focused on supporting the team with a high volume of contracts. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in IT contracts, procurements, and vendor management, particularly in the context of global insurance. This role requires a strong understanding of international insurance regulations and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with quick turnaround times.

Responsibilities

• Support the team with the volume of contracts.
• Manage IT contracts, procurements, SOW, and POs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Legal, Accounting, Risk, and Compliance.
• Screen and evaluate contracts related to software, hardware, and professional services.
• Assist in vendor management and procurement processes.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in IT contracts and vendor management.
• Experience with software/hardware/professional services contracts.
• Understanding of international insurance regulations.
• Ability to work in a high volume and quick turnaround environment.
• Experience with cross-functional collaboration.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with SaaS, RFx, RFP processes.
• Familiarity with NDA and agreements.
