About the position

The IT Contracts Analyst role is focused on providing support for managing a high volume of contracts within the IT sector. The position requires candidates to have experience in IT contracts, procurements, statements of work (SOW), purchase orders (POs), and vendor management, particularly in a global insurance context. The role is designed to assist the team in ensuring compliance with international insurance regulations and facilitating cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the volume of IT contracts, procurements, SOW, and POs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Legal, Accounting, Risk, and Compliance.
• Screen and evaluate contracts related to software, hardware, and professional services.
• Support team members Lyn and Jeff in their contract management tasks.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in IT contracts and vendor management.
• Experience with software/hardware/professional services contracts.
• Understanding of international insurance regulations.
• Ability to work in a high volume and quick turnaround environment.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with SaaS, RFx, RFP processes.
• Familiarity with procurement management and NDA agreements.
