About the position

The Beauty Advisor at IT Cosmetics is responsible for connecting with clients to understand their needs and providing a luxury experience through brand-specific selling behaviors. This role involves engaging clients in skincare and makeup, achieving sales objectives, and maintaining exceptional customer service standards.

Responsibilities

• Connect with clients and determine their needs.
• Create a luxury experience with brand-specific selling behavior, including product demonstration.
• Empower clients by teaching them how to use their IT Cosmetics products.
• Achieve sales objectives by engaging clients in skincare and makeup.
• Attract and recruit new IT Cosmetics customers using retailer clienteling tools.
• Attend seasonal IT Cosmetics-hosted training seminars and/or digital learning modules.
• Display exceptional customer service.
• Commit to working the retailer-set schedule.
• Collaborate with Sales and Training Executive, retail management, and corporate sales team to execute promotions and drive daily business.

Requirements

• All sales/client facing experience considered; cosmetic/fragrance sales experience not necessary.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A drive for achieving positive sales results.
• A willingness to learn and use digital tools and programs.
• Ability to work weekends and some holidays, as set by retailer.
• Maintain visual standards and a clean counter environment.
