About the position

The IT Customer Success Specialist at Agtegra Cooperative is responsible for ensuring a seamless and positive experience for customers using IT products and services. This role involves acting as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing proactive support to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for customer IT support inquiries.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our IT products and services.
• Provide timely and effective solutions to customer problems.
• Conduct training and real-time solutions to educate customers on product features and best practices.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
• Monitor customer feedback and identify opportunities for product and service improvements.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and support activities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their success and satisfaction.

Requirements

• Associate's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or 2 years in a related field.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• English proficiency.
• Proven experience in a customer support or IT support role.
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for helping others.
• Experience with CRM software and support ticketing systems is a plus.
