About the position

The IT Customer Support Analyst is responsible for providing technical support to end-users of IT systems and applications. This role involves diagnosing and resolving technical issues, offering guidance and training to users, and ensuring timely resolution of all support requests. The analyst will also document support incidents and maintain accurate records, contributing to the overall efficiency of the IT service desk.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to end-users of IT systems and applications.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Offer guidance and training to end-users on IT systems.
  • Document support requests and maintain accurate records of incidents.
  • Identify and implement improvements in service desk processes.
  • Assist junior analysts and support their professional development.
  • Participate in strategic initiatives related to service desk management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
  • 3 years of experience in IT customer support or a related field, focusing on end-user support and troubleshooting (required).
  • In-depth knowledge of various IT systems, software, and hardware.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build positive relationships with end-users.
  • Ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues.
