In this position, you will manage and oversee logical access controls, ensuring that appropriate access rights and permissions are granted to users in accordance with established security policies and standards. You will also be responsible for administering and enhancing security controls to ensure compliance with industry standards, thereby protecting Arbella's digital frontier. Staying ahead of the curve is essential; you will be expected to learn and apply the latest Information Security trends and practices to your work. Additionally, you will play a key role in incident management and remediation activities, coordinating with various teams to document and effectively address security incidents. Collaboration is crucial, as you will partner with IT and business units to identify security gaps and develop actionable recommendations. Monitoring emerging threats and collaborating on technology enhancements will also be part of your responsibilities, ensuring that Arbella remains resilient against potential cyber threats.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee logical access controls, ensuring appropriate access rights and permissions are granted to users in accordance with security policies and standards.

  • Stay ahead of the curve by learning and applying the latest Information Security trends and practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of logical access administration principles, practices, and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Collaborate effectively with diverse teams across the organization.
  • Exhibit strong organization, execution, and self-starting skills.
