About the position

The IT Data Analyst position at ENS Solutions involves reviewing and analyzing data to assess the performance, health, and security of systems or networks. The role requires recommending and implementing changes to optimize system performance and ensuring service delivery to customers. The analyst will manage security products and services, providing real-time analysis and monitoring of security logs, and will be responsible for formulating system objectives and developing innovative solutions to complex problems.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze collected data to determine system or network performance, health, and security.
• Recommend and implement changes to optimize system performance and ensure customer service.
• Make changes to hardware and software configurations to maximize performance.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data in specialties including Security Event & Incident Management (SEIM) systems.
• Manage products and services for real-time analysis, monitoring, and alerting on security logs.
• Define system scope and objectives, developing processes to solve complex problems.
• Develop and apply advanced engineering and design methods to meet complex system requirements.

Requirements

• Technical Training, Certification(s) or Degree + 10 years of experience.
• DoD Manual 8570.01-M certification at the Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Level II role.
• TS/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a CI Polygraph.
