About the position

The IT Data Analyst position at the Inn on Fifth involves providing essential IT support within a boutique hotel environment. The role focuses on daily analysis of income and payment data, collaboration with the finance team, and maintaining computer hardware and software systems. The analyst will also manage user accounts and provide on-call support, ensuring smooth IT operations for the hotel.

Responsibilities

• Daily analysis of income and payment data.
• Collaboration with Finance team ensuring accurate mapping of revenue and payment streams.
• Deploy, maintain, and repair computer hardware (Dell).
• Troubleshoot basic hardware and Windows software problems.
• Manage user and computer accounts in Microsoft Active Directory.
• Work one on one with vendor for software resolutions.
• Provide basic IP phone, printer, and scanner support.
• Manage IT requests in IT ticketing system.
• Provide 24x7 on-call support for 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off.
• Work independently and manage time effectively.

Requirements

• Proficient in computer skills.
• Experience in installation and troubleshooting of applications and maintaining hardware.
• Willingness to learn and apply IT training on the job.
• Comp TIA A+ or similar certification.
