The IT Data Architecture and Net Centricity Analyst will play a crucial role in the DECIFER QRT project, which is focused on developing and testing Concepts of Operations (CONOPS) and Tactical Techniques and Procedures (TTP) aimed at enhancing the effectiveness of all-domain operations. This position is designed to accelerate the integration of human and machine capabilities in a comprehensive kill web and chain, ensuring timely battlespace knowledge and improved situational intelligence. The project specifically targets the Maritime FIRES and Command and Control (C2) problem set, leveraging the RESOLUTE HUNTER exercise conducted by the Naval Aviation Warfighting Development Center (NAWDC). In this role, the analyst will provide advisory support to the DECIFER Contract Project Manager and the Government Test Director, assisting in various aspects of IT Data Architecture and Net Centricity. This includes the planning, development, and execution of all contract deliverables in accordance with the Joint Test and Evaluation (JT&E) Handbook and the performance work statement for the DECIFER QRT. The analyst will also take on responsibilities as a test planner or as a developer of CONOPS and TTP, contributing to the project plan, coordinating test venues, and managing Risk Reduction Events. The analyst will be involved in detailed test planning, field test events, and the analysis and reporting of test results. They will also support the development of CONOPS and TTP through research, writing groups, and Joint Warfighters Advisory Groups (JWAGs). The role requires collaboration with a diverse team of test planners, TTP developers, and subject matter experts, all of whom bring experience in Multi Domain Operations Combat and Intelligence Mission Planning, as well as knowledge of decision-making processes related to Long Range Maritime Fires and Weapons and Tactics.
