About the position

SI-BONE is focused on helping patients in one of the most under-served, under-diagnosed, and under-treated areas in orthopedics, the sacroiliac (SI) joint. SI-BONE developed an innovative, patented implant to fuse the SI joint. The iFuse Implant System provides a less invasive alternative to traditional sacroiliac (SI) joint fusion surgery and has been used in over 90,000 procedures to date. Responsibilities

  • Provide on-site and over the phone desktop technical support for all SI-BONE employees in the U.S. and in an as needed basis for the EU.
  • Perform all duties in compliance with all applicable worldwide regulatory requirements as included in the scope of the SI-BONE Quality Manual.
  • Act and conduct company business in an honest, ethical, and lawful manner, consistent with the company's Code of Conduct.
  • Configure and maintain laptops, MacBooks, iPads, and network printers.
  • Assist with employee onboarding/offboarding.
  • Support software solutions for the global network.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues for both in-house and remote employees via Freshservice helpdesk.
  • Maintain inventory of IT-issued equipment.
  • Monitor performance of PCs and Macs.
  • Provide conference room audio/visual support and meeting setups.
  • Report non-compliance issues on Quality and Regulatory teams.
  • Support building operations and maintenance.

Requirements

  • Computer College Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of technical support experience, preferably in IT Desktop/Helpdesk support.
  • Proficiency in Windows OS, and Office365. Mac iOS is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Azure Active Directory and Intune is a plus.
  • Good communication skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Experience with some type of MDM environment (Kanji).
  • Familiarity with applicable regulations/standards (e.g., ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR 820, EU MDR 2017/745, ISO 14971).

Benefits

  • Salary range: $54,000- $61,000.
  • Supplemental pay: bonus and stock.
